DERWENT BAR & CONSERVATORY

A favourite place to relax, enjoy the spectacular views over Derwentwater, swap stories and make new aqcuaintances.

The Derwent Bar or our non-smoking conservatory with its magnificent views of Derwentwater 'The Queen of the English Lakes' - and the Borrowdale fells beyond are ideal places for relaxation. Be this just to catch up on the world news from the morning paper, partake of a hot or cold beverage, or just sit and admire the stunning views.

Hot and cold beverages are served throughout the day. Our lunchtime menu is served from noon to 2.30pm with sandwiches and hot snacks served until 5.15pm. Our traditional 'High Tea' menu is served between 2.30pm and 5.15pm.

All menus have a wide selection - catering especially well for children and vegetarians.
